Corn And Chickpea Yummy Pootatoes










Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
100 gm blanched, boiled chickpeas
1 onion, medium, finely chopped
50 gm finely chopped ginger
A few green chillies
Coriander leaves
Cumin powder 

Lemon juice 
Salt to caste Black pepper powder to taste 
Oil for deep fringe

Method:

Mix together all the precedents and put in the refrigerator. After one hour, divide the miture into small portions and shape them into patties. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow-fry in medium hot oil in batches till Goldie boron on both sides. Serve with chills faucet.
